Quotes and bookings
Each job is quoted individually. Wolfe Wraps will confirm kit availability, coverage, finish, the work included and the total price in writing before a booking is accepted. Any deposit, payment timing or cancellation arrangement will be stated in the quote.
Your bike
The customer must provide the correct bike make, model, year, frame size and finish, and disclose previous paintwork, repairs, damage or coatings. Wolfe Wraps may inspect the bike before starting and discuss anything that could affect installation.
Installation and finish
Protection film reduces exposure to scratches and normal riding wear but cannot prevent every impact or form of damage. Small seams, edges and relief cuts are normal parts of a model-specific installation. Existing paint or surface defects may affect the finished result.
Concerns and warranties
Please contact Wolfe Wraps promptly if you have a concern about the installation. Product warranty matters may be assessed separately from workmanship matters. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
